If a 7 is rolled previous to the intent getting built, the Shooter “sevens out” along with the Move Line Guess loses. The Shooter carries on to roll the dice until they sevens out, whereupon the cube move to the next Participant. You needn't be the shooter to help make a Move Line Guess.
